When we say FREE & UNLIMITED....We don't mean feel free to post the same or similar ad over and over. No one wants to see the same ad take up a whole page. Please use common sense, those types will be removed without notice.
KingsClassifieds.com does not guarantee the truthfulness or accuracy of the advertising placed on this site, and accepts no responsibility for claims of any kind resulting from the placement of such advertising. KingsClassifieds.com assumes that all advertising is legal and is not misleading or untruthful. KingsClassifieds.com is not responsible for any faulty goods or services advertised on this site, nor is it responsible for person-to-person communication. As with any transaction, BUYER and SELLER BEWARE.
Please be aware that there are scam artists out there who enjoy trying to take advantage of free services such as the one KingsClassifieds.com offers here. If something sounds too good to be true, it probably is. If somebody outside the country "accidentally" overpays and asks for a refund, this is a hallmark of a classic scam. Keep in mind also, this site is intended for residents of Kings County, California only, so any ads posted outside of the county may be deleted at any time.
KingsClassifieds.com reserves the right to reject or remove any advertising we deem unsuitable.
Do not use obscene or offensive language. You may not post any ad that could be considered obscene, indecent, lewd, pornographic, violent, abusive, insulting, threatening, harassing, promoting hatred or racism. Any ads like these or in violation of the law, will be here and gone, in addition to you being restricted from the KingsClassifieds.com.
Do not post ads in categories that are not relevant to the item or service you are advertising.
Do not harvest or otherwise collect names, e-mail addresses or other identifying information from other participants.
KINGSCLASSIFIEDS.COM CANNOT REVIEW EVERY AD, VERIFY THE ACCURACY OF STATEMENTS MADE BY PARTICIPANTS OR DETERMINE WHETHER THE MATERIALS POSTED BY PARTICIPANTS VIOLATE THE RIGHTS OF OTHERS. ACCORDINGLY, YOU AGREE TO ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY FOR THE CONTENT OF YOUR POSTINGS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY STATEMENTS OR MATERIALS POSTED ON THIS SITE.
We will, however, periodically monitor the site. Any ads that, in our sole judgment, appear to violate the Free Classifieds Rules may be deleted without notice. We reserve the right to remove any posting and limit or terminate access to anyone for any reason at any time.
